       The Committee on Community Affairs (Diaz de la Portilla)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 112 - 114
    4  and insert:
    5  the next fiscal year. These proceeds shall be applied as a
    6  rebate to the final millage, after the TRIM notice is completed
    7  in accordance with this provision.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 12 - 14
   12  and insert:
   13         proceeds; deleting a
