    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 222 - 224
    4  and insert:
    5  greatest extent possible, include a person with a background in
    6  law enforcement or jail management, a person with a background
    7  in criminal prosecution, a person with a background in criminal
    8  defense, a pastor or former prison chaplain, a community leader,
    9  and a business leader.
