       The Committee on Appropriations (Negron) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 926 and 927
    4  insert:
    5         Section 12. Paragraph (h) is added to subsection (2) of
    6  section 945.10, Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         945.10 Confidential information.—
    8         (2) The records and information specified in paragraphs
    9  (1)(a)-(h) may be released as follows unless expressly
   10  prohibited by federal law:
   11  
   12  Records and information released under this subsection remain
   13  confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1) and
   14  s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution when held by the
   15  receiving person or entity.
   16         (h) Information specified in paragraphs (1)(a)-(h) to the
   17  Florida Corrections Commission.
