       Senator Stargel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 299 - 300
    4  and insert:
    5  requirements specified in subsection (4), are enrolled in an
    6  FPCTP, and are not receiving services that are funded through
    7  the Florida Education Finance Program or a scholarship under
    8  part III of chapter 1002.
