       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete line 197
    4  and insert:
    5  requirements. A participant in compliance with this paragraph
    6  whose modified adjusted gross income is below 100 percent of the
    7  federal poverty level must be provided assistance with
    8  education, transportation, and child care costs.
