       Senator Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 335 - 383
    4  and insert:
    5         3. Once licensed, applicants are authorized to operate in
    6  any region in the state, but a dispensing organization may not
    7  have cultivation or processing facilities outside the region in
    8  which it is licensed.
    9         4. The department shall license a selected applicant unless
   10  the applicant fails to pay the licensure fee within 10 days of
   11  selection.
   12         5. This section is exempt from s. 120.60(1) Authorize the
