       Senator Evers moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 3243 and 3244
    4  insert:
    5         Section 19. Subsection (5) is added to section 288.1097,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         288.1097 Qualified job training organizations;
    8  certification; duties.—
    9         (5) Notwithstanding s. 624.4625(1)(b), a qualified job
   10  training organization that has been certified is eligible to
   11  participate in a self-insurance fund authorized by s. 624.4625
   12  and is not subject to the requirements of s. 624.4621.
