       Senator Garcia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 469
    4  and insert:
    5  394.463 or s. 397.675. As used in this subsection, the term
    6  “coordinated receiving system” means an agreed-upon referral
    7  distribution methodology developed by a managing entity after
    8  consultation with all community inpatient psychiatric care
    9  providers.
