       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Garcia)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 566
    4  and insert:
    5         contract. The managing entity must use a unique identifier
    6  developed by the department for each person served. All
    7  providers under contract with the managing entity shall use the
    8  unique identifier in order to coordinate care and the delivery
    9  of services by January 1, 2016. The department shall evaluate
   10  managing entity services
