       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Garcia)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 209 - 219
    4  and insert:
    5         (11) No later than January 1, 2016, the department, in
    6  consultation with the agency, shall modify licensure rules and
    7  procedures to create an option for a single, consolidated
    8  license for a provider who offers multiple types of mental
    9  health and substance abuse services regulated under this chapter
   10  and chapter 397 pursuant to s. 397.402.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 21 - 22
   15  and insert:
   16         the department, in consultation with the Agency for
   17         Health Care Administration, modify certain licensure
   18         rules and procedures;
