    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 2797 - 2800
    4  and insert:
    5  represent the individual if the individual person who is the
    6  subject of a mental illness the petition and the office of
    7  criminal conflict and civil regional counsel to represent the
    8  individual if the individual is the subject of a substance abuse
    9  petition, unless the individual person is otherwise represented
