       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Abruzzo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 478 and 479
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. Subsection (5) is added to section 409.977,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         409.977 Enrollment.—
    8         (5) Specialty plans serving children in the care and
    9  custody of the department may serve such children as long as
   10  they remain in care, including those remaining in extended
   11  foster care pursuant to s. 39.6251, or are in subsidized
   12  adoption and continue to be eligible for Medicaid pursuant to s.
   13  409.903.

   17         Delete line 33
   18  and insert:
   19         services; amending s. 409.977, F.S.; authorizing
   20         Medicaid managed care specialty plans to serve
