       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Evers) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 26 - 30
    4  and insert:
    5         (i) Land set-asides and land-use modifications not
    6  otherwise required by state law or a permit, including
    7  constructed wetlands and other water quality improvement
    8  projects that reduce nutrient loads into nutrient-impaired
    9  surface waters, may be used under this subsection.
