5 (3) A pharmacist may not enter into a protocol unless he or
6 she maintains at least $200,000 of professional liability
7 insurance and has completed training in administering vaccines
8 authorized under this section. The professional liability
9 insurance must provide coverage for any delegated act performed
10 by a registered intern under this section.
