       The Committee on Judiciary (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 19 - 22
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. This act applies to causes of action which
    6  accrue on or after the effective date of the act.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 5 - 6
   11  and insert:
   12         plaintiff in a final judgment; providing for
   13         applicability; providing an effective date.
