       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Hukill) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1198 - 1201
    4  and insert:
    5  733.2123, 733.3101, and 733.504, Florida Statutes, apply to
    6  proceedings commenced on or after July 1, 2015. The law in
    7  effect before July 1, 2015, applies to proceedings commenced
    8  before that date.
