House Comm: RCS . 04/22/2015 . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Appropriations (Hays) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 2 3 Delete lines 4304 - 4323 4 and insert: 5 management districts, shall post on its website and submit 6 electronically an annual progress report to the Governor, the 7 President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of 8 Representatives on the status of each total maximum daily load, 9 basin management action plan, minimum flow or minimum water 10 level, and recovery or prevention strategy adopted pursuant to 11 s. 403.067 or parts I and VIII of chapter 373. The report must 12 include the status of each project identified to achieve an 13 adopted total maximum daily load or an adopted minimum flow or 14 minimum water level, as applicable. If a report indicates that 15 any of the 5-, 10-, or 15-year milestones, or the 20-year target 16 date, if applicable, for achieving a total maximum daily load or 17 a minimum flow or minimum water level will not be met, the 18 report must include an explanation of the possible causes and 19 potential solutions. If applicable, the report must include 20 project descriptions, estimated costs, proposed priority ranking 21 for project implementation, and funding needed to achieve the 22 total maximum daily load or the minimum flow or minimum water 23 level by the target date. Each water management district shall 24 post the department’s report on its website. 25 (2) The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services 26 shall post on its website and submit electronically an annual 27 progress report to the Governor, the President of the Senate, 28 and 29 30 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 31 And the title is amended as follows: 32 Delete lines 220 - 221 33 and insert: 34 403.0675, F.S.; requiring the department and the 35 Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to 36 post annual progress reports on their websites and 37 submit such reports to the Governor and the 38 Legislature; requiring each water management district 39 to post the Department of Environmental Protection’s 40 report on its website; amending s. 403.861, F.S.; 41 directing
