    4  insert:
    5         Section 35. Subsection (6) of section 381.0065, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         381.0065 Onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems;
    8  regulation.—
    9         (6) LAND APPLICATION OF SEPTAGE PROHIBITED.—Effective
   10  January 1, 2016, the land application of septage from onsite
   11  sewage treatment and disposal systems is prohibited.
