       The Committee on Appropriations (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (149946) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 2958 - 2959
    5  and insert:
    6  funds or funds for which there are undocumented expenditures to
    7  the district school board by at the end of the regular school
    8  year. Any unused funds or funds for which there are undocumented
    9  expenditures which that are returned to the district
   10

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Between lines 3632 and 3633
   14  insert:
   15         requiring a classroom teacher to return funds for
   16         which there are undocumented expenditure to the
   17         district school board; requiring such funds to be
   18         deposited into the school advisory council account;
