       The Committee on Transportation (Braynon) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (139940) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 16 - 24
    4  and insert:
    5  responding to one of the following options provided by the
    6  department: “Yes,” or “Defer to family wishes.” A person who
    7  chooses:
    8         (a) “Yes” has agreed to have his or her name included in
    9  the donor registry and has entered into a legally binding
   10  commitment to donate his or her organs or tissue upon his or her
   11  death.
