       Senator Margolis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (939108) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 12 - 13
    5  and insert:
    6  in an individual container holding 6.0 or 9.0 liters. However,
    7  qualified distributors and manufacturers may sell wine to an on
    8  premise licensee if such wine is sake and is in an individual
    9  container holding 18 liters. Qualified distributors and
   10  manufacturers may also sell wine to other
   11

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 27
   15  and insert:
   16         restriction; authorizing qualified distributors and
   17         manufacturers to sell a specified wine in certain
   18         circumstances; providing an effective date.
