       Senator Hukill moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (252976) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 894
    5  and insert:
    6  to each affected customer’s account by March 1, 2016. The
    7  inability of a communications services provider to provide a
    8  credit to a customer’s account due to the customer’s termination
    9  of service does not create a cause of action against the
   10  provider.

   15  insert:
   16         specifying that a cause of action is not created if
   17         such dealers are unable to provide the credits under
   18         certain circumstances;
