       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 186 - 188
    4  and insert:
    5  a bond of $1,500 to the clerk of the court. Unless otherwise
    6  expressly agreed to in writing by the parties, the bond shall be
    7  payable to the claimant if the claimant prevails in the
    8  forfeiture proceeding and in any appeal.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Between lines 21 and 22
   13  insert:
   14         requiring that the bond be made payable to the
   15         claimant under certain circumstances unless otherwise
   16         expressly agreed to in writing;
