       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (681256) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 120 - 123
    4  and insert:
    5  occurred, paying a filing fee of at least $1,000 and depositing
    6  a bond of $1,500 to the clerk of the court. The bond shall be
    7  payable to the claimant if the claimant prevails at the close of
    8  the forfeiture proceedings and any appeal.
