       Senator Negron moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1721 - 1724
    4  and insert:
    5         (7) Before a facility or parcel of nonconservation land is
    6  offered for lease or sale to a local or federal unit of
    7  government or a private party, it shall first be offered for
    8  lease to state agencies, state universities, and Florida College
    9  System institutions, with priority consideration given to state
   10  universities and Florida College System institutions.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 124 - 125
   15  and insert:

   17         providing a preference for state universities and
   18         Florida College System institutions;
