    3         Delete line 63
    4  and insert:
    5  service may be made to any officer, director, or business agent
    6  of the financial

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 15 - 16
   11  and insert:
   12         institution has no registered agent, if service cannot
   13         be made at the sole location, and for service made by
   14         the
