       Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services
       (Abruzzo) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 91 - 98
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. The Department of Health shall implement a long
    6  acting reversible contraception (LARC) pilot program pursuant to
    7  this act if specific funding is provided in the General
    8  Appropriations Act.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 16 - 17
   13  and insert:
   14         such report; directing the department to implement the
   15         LARC pilot program if specific funding is provided in
   16         the General Appropriations Act; providing legislative
