       Senator Bradley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (206420) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 1330 and 1331
    5  insert:
    6         Section 19. For the 2016-2017 fiscal year, the sums of
    7  $952,919 in recurring funds and $3.1 million in nonrecurring
    8  funds from the Health Care Trust Fund are appropriated to the
    9  Agency for Health Care Administration, and one full-time
   10  equivalent position with associated salary rate of 41,106 is
   11  authorized, for the purpose of implementing this act.
   12         Section 20. For the 2016-2017 fiscal year, the sums of
   13  $893,994 in recurring funds and $402,560 in nonrecurring funds
   14  from the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund are appropriated to the
   15  Department of Financial Services and 11 positions with
   16  associated salary rate of 820,176 are authorized for the purpose
   17  of implementing this act.

   23  and insert:
   24         by the act; providing legislative intent; providing
