    3         Delete lines 1688 - 1694
    4  and insert:
    5         3. The current active census of total licensed beds, the
    6  number of beds purchased by the department, the number of
    7  clients qualifying as indigent occupying those beds, and the
    8  total number of unoccupied licensed beds regardless of funding.
