Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 6 61.13, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 7 61.13 Support of children; parenting and time-sharing; 8 powers of court.— 9 (2) 10 (b) A parenting plan approved by the court must, at a 11 minimum, describe in adequate detail how the parents will share 12 and be responsible for the daily tasks associated with the 13 upbringing of the child; includethetime-sharing schedule 14 arrangements that specify the time that the minor child will 15 spend with each parent; designate responsibilitya designation16of who will be responsiblefor any and all forms of health care, 17 school-related matters, including the address to be used for 18 school-boundary determination and registration, and other 19 activities; and describe in adequate detail the methods and 20 technologies that the parents will use to communicate with the 21 child. The parenting plan must also designate one or both 22 parents as being responsible for health care decisionmaking. If 23 the court orders shared parental responsibility, the plan must 24 provide that either parent may consent to mental health or 25 substance abuse treatment for the child if the child is referred 26 by a psychologist for such treatment. Responsibility for the 27 health care costs for the mental health or substance abuse 28 treatment of the child is governed by the marital settlement 29 agreement approved by the court or court order. 30 31 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 32 And the title is amended as follows: 33 Between lines 20 and 21 34 insert: 35 amending s. 61.13, F.S.; requiring the parenting plan 36 to designate one or both parents as being responsible 37 for health care decisionmaking; requiring that, if the 38 court orders shared parental responsibility, the 39 parenting plan provide that either parent may consent 40 to mental health or substance abuse treatment for the 41 child if the child is referred by a psychologist for 42 such treatment; providing that the responsibility for 43 the health care costs for the mental health or 44 substance abuse treatment of the child is governed by 45 the marital settlement agreement or court order;
