       The Committee on Judiciary (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 28 - 38
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Is under 8 years of age and is prescribed a
    6  psychotropic medication but declines to assent to the
    7  psychotropic medication;
    8         (c) Has a diagnosis of a developmental disability as
    9  defined in s. 393.063;
   10         (d) Is being placed in a residential treatment center or
   11  being considered for placement in a residential treatment
   12  center; or
   13         (e) Is a victim of human trafficking as defined in s.
   14  787.06(2)(d); or
   15         (f) The guardian ad litem program determines it has a
   16  conflict with that precludes the program from providing the
   17  child with a guardian ad litem.
