       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 45
    4  and insert:
    5  traffic offense. However, if the criminal traffic offense is a
    6  violation of s. 322.34(10), it shall be considered a technical
    7  violation.
