       Senator Hays moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 445 - 464
    4  and insert:
    5         (8) STATEWIDE EDUCATION CONTRACTS.—
    6         (a) The Department of Education shall immediately terminate
    7  the following state education contracts: Contract Number 1A643;
    8  Contract Number 14-652, the Florida Standards Assessment;
    9  Contract Number 12-818, the Florida Item Bank and Test Platform;
   10  and Contract Number 12-652, Administration, Development, Scoring
   11  and Reporting.
