       The Committee on Appropriations (Gaetz) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 232 and 233
    4  insert:
    5         Section 8. Subsection (1) of section 320.525, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         320.525 Port vehicles and equipment; definition;
    8  exemption.—
    9         (1) As used in this section, the term “port vehicles and
   10  equipment” means trucks, tractors, trailers, truck cranes, top
   11  loaders, fork lifts, hostling tractors, chassis, or other
   12  vehicles or equipment used for transporting cargo, containers,
   13  or other equipment. The term includes motor vehicles being
   14  relocated within a port facility or via designated port district
   15  roads.

   20         Delete line 35
   21  and insert:
   22         operation of autonomous vehicles; amending s. 320.525,
