       Senator Garcia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 155 and 156
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Subsection (3) is added to section 316.068,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         316.068 Crash report forms.—
    8         (3) The crash report form may not include personal
    9  telephone numbers of persons involved in the crash.

   14  insert:
   15         amending s. 316.068, F.S.; prohibiting a crash report
