    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (946636)

    3         Delete lines 11 - 19
    4  and insert:
    5  openness; and
    6         (b) Establish a catalog of state government data which
    7  documents the acceptable use of, security and compliance
    8  requirements for, sharing agreements for, and format and methods
    9  available to access the data.
