       The Committee on Rules (Negron) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 34 and 35
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section
    6  48.193, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         48.193 Acts subjecting person to jurisdiction of courts of
    8  state.—
    9         (1)
   10         (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subsection,
   11  an order issued, or a penalty or fine imposed, by an agency of
   12  another any other state is shall not be enforceable against any
   13  person or entity incorporated or having its principal place of
   14  business in this state if the where such other state does not
   15  provide a mandatory right of review of the such agency decision
   16  in a state court of competent jurisdiction.

   20         Between lines 7 and 8
   21  insert:
   22         amending s. 48.193, F.S.; providing that orders issued
   23         by agencies of other states are not enforceable in
   24         certain circumstances;
