       Senator Bean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (430650) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 180 - 181
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 2. For the 2016-2017 fiscal year, the sum of
    7  $500,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is
    8  appropriated to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer
    9  Services for the purpose of implementing this act.
