    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to public K-12 education; providing a
    3         short title for chapter 2010-217, Laws of Florida,
    4         relating to requirements for health education
    5         curricula and district school board policies on teen
    6         dating violence and abuse; providing an effective
    7         date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Chapter 2010-217, Laws of Florida, may be cited
   12  as the “Taylor Mack Act.”
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2016.
