       Senator Gaetz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 55 - 58
    4  and insert:
    5         (q) Operation Resolute Support, which began in January
    6  2015.
    7  
    8  The Department of Revenue shall notify all property appraisers
    9  and tax collectors in this state of the designated military
   10  operations.
   11         (3) The exemption is also available to servicemembers who
   12  were deployed during the preceding calendar year on active duty
   13  outside the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii in
   14  support of a subordinate operation to a main operation
   15  designated in subsection (2).

   18  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   19         Delete line 22
   20  and insert:
   21  Statutes, is amended, present subsections (3) through (7) of
   22  that section are renumbered as subsections (4) through (8),
   23  respectively, and a new subsection (3) is added to that section,
   24  to read:

   27  And the title is amended as follows:
   28         Delete lines 4 - 5
   29  and insert:
   30         revising the military operations or deployments that
   31         qualify a servicemember deployed in support of such an
   32         operation or deployment
