       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Bean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 83 and 84
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. The Florida Building Commission shall adopt s.
    6  399.031, Florida Statutes, into the Florida Building Code
    7  pursuant to s. 553.73(8), Florida Statutes.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 11
   12  and insert:
   13         applicability; directing the Florida Building
   14         Commission to adopt the provisions of the act into the
   15         Florida Building Code; providing an effective date.
