       The Committee on Appropriations (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1592 - 1594
    4  and insert:
    5  prescription drugs. The department shall adopt rules to ensure
    6  the safety and integrity of prescription drugs repackaged and
    7  distributed under this subsection, including rules regarding
    8  prescription drug manufacturing and labeling requirements.
