       The Committee on Finance and Tax (Flores) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 49 - 52
    4  and insert:
    5         (i) Pipes, ducts, refrigerant handling systems, wiring,
    6  structural supports, and other components equipment used as
    7  integral parts of to interconnect such systems; however, such
    8  equipment does not include conventional backup systems of any
    9  type or any equipment or structures that would be required in
   10  the absence of the renewable energy source device.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 3 - 7
   15  and insert:
   16         amending s. 193.624, F.S.; redefining the term
   17         “renewable energy source device”; specifying a period
   18         during
