    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Between lines 106 and 107
    4  insert:
    5         (d) The funds must be expended, and the contracts initiated
    6  or renewed must be to provide, for services intended to reduce
    7  unintended pregnancies or sexually transmitted disease rates or
    8  for preventive health services, excluding abortion care.
