       Senator Grimsley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 313 - 315
    4  and insert:
    5  must notify the agency that it is in compliance with the
    6  requirement to meet the same building codes and lifesafety codes
    7  as a hospital before the ambulatory surgical center may keep a
    8  patient later than midnight on the day of the patient’s
    9  procedure.
