       The Committee on Appropriations (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (317634) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 206
    5  and insert:
    6  subject to collection procedures. An ambulatory surgical center
    7  that keeps patients later than midnight on the day of the
    8  procedure must comply with the same building codes and
    9  lifesafety codes as a hospital.
