       The Committee on Health Policy (Braynon) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 121 - 132
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) State, county, or municipal funds may not be used to
    6  operate the pilot program. The pilot program shall be funded
    7  through grants and donations from private resources and funds.
    8         (f) The pilot program shall expire July 1, 2020.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 17 - 25
   13  and insert:
   14         from program participants; prohibiting state, county,
   15         or municipal funds from being used to operate the
   16         pilot program; requiring the pilot program to be
   17         funded through private grants and donations; providing
   18         for expiration of the pilot program; providing for
   19         severability; providing an effective date.
