On Page: 370             Reduces general revenue funding within the 
                         Department of State for the advertisement of 
Spec App: 3108A          proposed constitutional amendments by $175,000 and 
                         increases general revenue funding by $175,000 to 
                         provide funding for a Cultural Facilities Program 
                         grant for the New Smyrna Beach East Coast Surf 
                         Museum.
