Following Specific Appropriation 575, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 575, $1,448,650 from the 
Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund is provided, for Fiscal Year 
2016-2017 only, to the Department of Veterans' Affairs to contract for 
the initial design phase of an eighth State Veterans' Nursing Home in 
Marion County.
