On Page: 090             Reduces $150,000 from nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Rural Hospital Capital Improvement 
Spec App:  481B          Program and provides $150,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue for the Ventilated Quadriplegic 
                         Workforce Participation Pilot Program.

Rural  Hospital  Capital  Improvement  Program and shall be allocated in
accordance to the grant process in section 395.6061, Florida Statutes.
